Sales Engineer

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other relevant majors.
  • Serves customers by identifying their needs and engineering adaptations of products and services.
  • Identifies current and future customer service requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers and others in a position to understand service requirements.
  • Provides product and service technical and engineering information by answering questions and requests./li>
  • Establishes new accounts and services accounts by identifying potential customers and planning and organizing sales call schedule.
  • Gains customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating cost reductions and operations improvements.
  • Submits orders by conferring with technical support staff and costing engineering changes.
  • Develops customer’s staff by providing technical information and training.
  • Prepares sales engineering reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information and engineering and application trends.
  • Contributes to sales engineering effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed, recommending options and courses of action, and implementing directives.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Security Researcher

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other relevant majors.
  • Passion and extremely self-motivated about security research, especially to discover real-world security problems, and addressing in-the-wild security threats. Deep understanding of vulnerability analysis and discovery as well as exploitation process and techniques.
  • Research experience in attacks and mitigation methods.
  • Research experience in two or more of the following: threat intelligence, IAM, key management systems, data security, application security, web application and browser security, security protocols, operating system internals and hardening (e.g., Windows, Linux, OS X, Android), network security, vulnerability management, penetration testing, or applied cryptographic concepts.
  • Strong written/verbal communication and excellent teamwork skills; flexible and be a self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and excellent troubleshooting skills

Technical Support Engineer

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related technical field and 2+ years’ experience delivering direct customer support or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related technical field
  • Technical problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Knowledge and/or working experience with Relational Database Management Systems (MySQL, Oracle)
  • Knowledge and/or working experience with Linux (RHEL, Ubuntu)
  • Ability to work a scheduled shift (may include weekends and/or evenings)
